Justin HelleY
Owner, Chief Instructor, E Dan (2nd Degree Black Belt), Level IV Ki Gong
Mr. Helley began his Tang Soo Do journey in 2015 with his wife and then 9-year-old daughter and was instantly hooked. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Mr. Helley has played, captained, and coached both soccer and Ultimate Frisbee teams since he was 5 years old and loves the mutualism from people working together to reach shared goals & potential.
Mr. Helley made the easy decision to leave corporate America as a professional learning and leadership development manager and focus his skills on the mental and physical betterment of his community through martial arts, ki gong, and tai chi — with a servant-leadership growth mindset.
In his spare time, Mr. Helley enjoys disc golfing, cooking new vegan recipes, backpacking the ice age trail, playing games, and relaxing with his 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 4 rats.
Kayce Holoubek
Certified Level 1 Active Yoga
Kayce has a degree in Health Promotion and Wellness and has a background of teaching a wide variety of group fitness classes to both diverse and specific populations. She became introduced to yoga in 2012, fell in love with it, and shortly after became certified in Level 1 Active Yoga. Ever since she has been finding ways to incorporate yoga into her life as well as those around her.
